HRCA requires that homeowners submit color selections for All exterior painting even if the colors will be the same. We know that the color approval process can be tedious and lengthy. While there is not an official “approved color schemes” list for The Backcountry neighborhood, choosing a previously approved color scheme can help expedite your color approval process. There is no guarantee of color approval for the below color schemes but they are a good place to start as they have been approved in the past.

Generally a higher sheen will show less imperfections in texture and will be more washable and durable. The flatter the sheen looks more designer and chic but will fade quicker and be easier to wipe off color. If you really want the designer, matte look in your home but still need it to be durable and washable, we recommend Duration Home matte finish. It is worth the price and will last for many years of wear.
